DIY: Marble-Topped Side Table

This DIY tutorial from Hanna’s Inspo is one of those rare crafty treats that is incredibly simple but looks like a professional job when finished. All you need to make one of these cool, Scandi-style side tables is an IKEA Frosta stool (yours for a bargainous £8) and a round piece of marble. If you can’t pick one up from a local charity shop or thrift store, you could snap up something like this for around a tenner and just take the rotation mechanism off.

Simply place the marble slab on top of the stool for a quick fix, or for something more permanent I’m sure you could use a swirl of strong furniture glue.
